Blue Cube Travel has presented itself as a consultancy to its clients since its conception.  In the early days our relationships were so strong that the requirement of a contract was a mere formality.  Our clients have always welcomed our honest, no-nonsense approach and the fact that we recognise exactly what our strengths are and that travel is more than just another procurement function.

In order for a travel programme to truly work it is essential to understand how it affects the lives of those who travel. Never has the traveller had so much choice, with offers directly aimed at them, but this can leave the travel manager at a loss with how to promote good behaviour and implement control. Present world issues such as security and data protection make the scene a potential mine-field.

We have designed a criteria for the modern travel policy and use this to benchmark against our existing clients.  We also introduce traveller safety and well-being as policy considerations.

We know that travel data is hard to digest. If you feel that you would benefit from a fresh pair of eyes and an unbiased review our analysts have designed some easy to follow steps in normalising travel data.

Hotel programme review, set-up and bench-marking

Hotels are our thing. We offer our clients a full service hotel programme review as well as benchmarking services. We combine our own traveller reviews with internet sites and make recommendations that benefit both the traveller and the travel buyer.

We understand the landscape is complicated. And to be honest also feels a little behind the times. Our team has tried and tested most systems, we have our preferred options of course but we also know what to look out for behind the sales pitch. We continue to undergo one of the most detailed internal security review and development programmes and can impart this knowledge to our clients to ensure they don’t get over-looked during and RFP.
