Apprenticeships

Challenging.

Creative.

Enterprising.

Rewarding.

Apprenticeships at Blue Cube Travel take you further.

“I love how the company started with just the 3 directors and has grown to where it is now. It really is an inspiring place to be and a great alternative to University.”

Travel is more than just work. It’s an emotive subject. It’s a lifestyle, in many ways.

But it is an exciting, fast paced career that provides envious perks and benefits. If you are interested in starting your career in business travel, we would love to hear from you! We are offering 2 year apprenticeship courses focused on customer service, with roles guaranteed on completion in various aspects of Blue Cube including finance, account management and sales.

“There’s a genuine energy and excitement from all of our apprentices when they join us. It’s amazing to see each one wanting to learn more and more. I’ve seen incredible changes from timid teenagers into young, feisty adults!”

We are accepting applications if you’d like to join the world of business travel straight from school.

Ethan is a great testament to that route

“I was the youngest person ever employed at Blue Cube when I was 16. I had no idea there was a corporate side to travel! It’s also very different to what I expected – organised but laid back. I’ve been given the room to grow whilst working closely with an engaging and understanding management team which has been amazing for my development.”

The Blue Cube promise

We are committed to giving all of our apprentices as much first-hand business travel experience as possible. By stepping into the shoes of our travellers, you will feel their emotions and develop a well-rounded industry understanding like no other.

We endeavour to provide long term opportunities and development for you based on your aspirations and skill sets, not ours. Most importantly, you’ll be treated like an adult in an open, honest workplace.
